He has owned restaurants and has worked for one of the largest food companies in the world. Gary brings both his passion and his expertise to the classroom, helping you learn Local and Tennessee State laws and achieve a better understanding of the great responsibility that servers, bartenders, and managers have. He knows what it takes to work both the front of the house and the back of the house.
Gary has been a regional manager, restaurant owner, instructor, coach, football player and is a veteran. He has five children.
